Prenatal Postnatal Yoga TTC

What do you mean by Yoga?

Yoga is an old practice that is followed by our rishis and ancient people. It helps to build strength and balance the neuron connected with the body and mind.

Ancient Yoga is designed to relax and reconnect the human body with nature’s basics and helps relieve stress and anxiety from the mind.

Practising Yoga daily may reduce the chances of physical and psychological disabilities. Yoga contributes to our mental, emotional as well as physical health.

Other benefits of Yoga

  • Not just Yoga helps during Pregnancy, but it really boosts your strength and helps to maintain a good body posture and increases flexibility.
  • With slow movements and deep breathing, what we perform during Yoga helps us increase the blood flow, and when you stand or sit in a pose and hold it for a while, it helps to improve the stability and strength of your body.
  • It also plays a vital role in dealing with your daily stress and relaxing your mind with the remedy of meditation.
  • It also helps you to lose weight, so if you are looking to be slim and maintain a good body posture. Then yoga should be your best friend.

Yoga: The Closest Friend During Pregnancy

Pregnancy is perhaps the most divine and exciting phase of a woman’s life. This beautiful journey of nurturing life in 9 months brings in many changes at both physical and psychological levels.

At some point during Pregnancy, the emotions become way too high to control, which leads to undesirable effects on the mother and the baby. Doing Yoga during these 9 months as well as preparing yourself prior to conceiving, provides a peaceful distraction from these pulsating emotions and ensures your child’s proper safety.

So, we welcome you to the beautiful course of 100 hours prenatal postnatal YTTC Rishikesh. We teach important aspects of yoga before, during as well as after pregnancy. Apart from this, we help our members understand how to provide good mental and physical health to the mother and her baby before and after the Pregnancy.

RYS200 - Yoga Alliance, USA Certified

We at Om Yoga not only emphasize Asanas, Pranayama, and Meditation practises during this period but also many others such as:

1. Understanding the Body Anatomy during Pregnancy

2. Knowing how nature has designed lady’s body to deliver the baby naturally and what practises can be done just to augment these changes.

3. Learning about how physical and mental state of parents affect the baby.

Yoga Before Pregnancy: To have a child, first, both parents must be ready physically, mentally as well as emotionally to have the child. If anyone of them is not ready, it is better to wait.  Before conceiving, first, both should consult a doctor about their physical well-being and focus on their mental well-being. Because at the time of conceiving, the physical and mental level of both plays a great role. If anyone of them feels physically or mentally they are not healthy, it is better to wait for some time first, and when they feel are fully relaxed, they must go on for the child. Because if any parent is not physically or mentally healthy, the child also suffers. So, 100 hours of prenatal postnatal YTTC Rishikesh before Pregnancy is very important.

Yoga During Pregnancy: Now comes the time when a lady conceives; these days are still more crucial for both of them. Because this time lady suffers from many physical and mental challenges, both of them need to pay much more attention than before. As our Vedas say, the child learns many things inside the mother’s womb. In all 3 trimesters, based upon the requirement of mother and baby, different yoga practises are taught and help her prepare for normal delivery.

What Exactly Is Prenatal And Postnatal Yoga And Why Is It So Important?

Prenatal Yoga:

Prenatal refers to the different sets of Yoga, pranayamas, and meditations that a mother needs to do before and during her Pregnancy. It is one of the significant stepping stones to ensure your child’s proper physical and mental growth.

We strongly believe that the child’s overall development during Pregnancy heavily depends on the vibes of the mother. Most mothers worldwide stay in an environment of negative vibes full of fights, lies, and cheating, negatively impacting their child’s well-being. If you want your child to be a better person, you must ensure a peaceful environment for your child to be born.

To ensure the best for your child and to tackle all these negative vibes, we strongly advise you to take our 100 hours prenatal postnatal YTTC Rishikesh, where we follow the best practices of yoga and pranayama and do one on one interactions with the couples regarding their progress and what changes they could make to ensure a better environment for their child.

The parental Yoga offers less movements but is gentler. The yoga poses are different as it depends on you what makes you comfortable. The use of chairs, blocks or any type of props can promote parental Yoga. On the other hand, normal Yoga, which includes bending and following a strict yet stress relieving process, gets you some excellent effects in a very less span of time.

We Promote Normal Delivery Over C-Sections

Standard delivery and C-sections are two ways a baby comes into this world. Undoubtedly, normal delivery is considered the safest and the best part. The majority of the families prefer expected delivery over C sections as it can lead to other complications like blood clots, surgical injuries, and inducement of high risk in future pregnancies.

There is no denying that regular deliveries are the best way, but a mother needs to prepare herself for the pain equivalent to the sting of 100 scorpions and learn to keep herself as calm as she can. In that regard, taking our 100 hours prenatal postnatal YTTC Rishikesh

would be a great option as you will be under the guidance of some of the most experienced yoga instructors who will teach you the ultimate asanas, breathing and relaxation techniques that will help you to remain calm during the labor.

Apart from the best prenatal, postnatal yoga teacher training school RishikeshOur course also prepares the mother to get ready for the labor’s pain for childbirth.

Postnatal Yoga:

As we know, Motherhood is a 24*7 job. After your baby arrives in this world, a mother needs to keep a positive environment around her child. For this, a mother needs to alleviate the stresses and problems at both mental and physical levels that come after childbirth.

We at Om Yoga have got everything sorted for you. Our course also concentrates on the post-pregnancy (Postnatal) yogas and pranayama, which helps a mother recover from all sorts of problems and happily focus on their child with the help of the best prenatal postnatal yoga teacher training.

Yoga After Pregnancy: Now comes the time when your child has come into this world. Here, again many things accounts. You are giving proper care to the child. Keeping yourself physically and mentally healthy is again very important. Because if now again mother is not physically or mentally relaxed, along with her, her child also suffers.

These 100 hours prenatal postnatal YTTC Rishikesh for Pregnancy Teacher Training Course has a duration of total 15days (2 weeks).
