300 Hours Online Ashtanga Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga TTC

Vedic chanting is said to develop one’s mental powers and strength, ease stress, and take one to a higher level of consciousness. Chanting also improves one’s memory and power of concentration, also helping to purify mentally. The vibrations of mantras spread in atmosphere while chanting helps to purify one’s own self as well as the surroundings. In the course, we chant different Vedic mantras daily.

Hatha Yoga is an authentic Yogic practice helping to increase strength and flexibility of body and preparing it for Ashtanga Vinyasa flow.
In 300hours Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, we focus on more advanced asanas along with their therapeutic applications.

In the last week of course, students will be guided how to make their own flow (Lesson Planning). Based upon which, they will be asked to prepare their own flow and guide entire yoga class as a Yoga Teacher.

This is a modern style of Yoga much popular in West, introduced by K. Pattabhi Jois is another integral part of 300hours Yoga Teacher Training, many people know this style by the name Ashtanga Yoga Style. In this course, you will be helped to master the entire Primary series: its Practice, Alignment, Adjustment, Drishti & Breathing all.
Along with Primary Series, you will be introduced to Intermediate Series and based on your performance in this, trainer will guide you for complete Intermediate Series.

Throughout this course, you will be refreshed with entire Primary series followed by complete practice of Intermediate series from 2nd week.

In regular practical pranayama session, pranayama & bandhas mentioned in this text will be covered. Remaining asanas and mudras, will be covered in this 1 hour session daily from 1st week of course.
